Hands down, the food!! I am only half Italian but enough pride to be full!

My grandmother’s side is from Parma and my grandfather’s is from Venice.

Growing up, holidays were centered around the menu. Sausages, cakes, pies, cookies, all of it.

My first husband used to say (endearingly), “Marry an Italian, and you’ll never go hungry.” 😍
